Kroman Çelik Sanayii A.Ş. was founded on 25 June 1966, for the production and marketing of steel and iron products and semi-products. Kroman Çelik Sanayii A.Ş. continues production with two electrical arc furnaces, one 90 MVA DC with a capacity of 100 tons, and one 36 MVA with a capacity of 50 tons; a 15 MVA ladle furnace with a capacity of 90 tons, and two six strand C.C.M.. The total annual capacity reaches approximately 1.100.000 tons.
